About this Club
Your place in line for the next available Treasury Locker. Our Treasury Lockers are currently limited, and demand has quickly outpaced availability. The Keyholder Waitlist was created for those who want to be next. As a Keyholder, you secure priority placement for the next available locker while beginning to enjoy many of the benefits of membership now — including monthly sommelier-selected wines, access to member evants, preferred pricing on select bottle offers, first notice of rare cellar arrivals, and invitations to private member events. When a Treasury Locker becomes available, Keyholders will be contacted in order of priority and given the first opportunity to activate their locker membership. Until then, your place in the cellar has already begun.
Cancellation Policy
We ask our members to commit to a minimum of twelve (12) months of membership before cancellation. This ensures that you can fully enjoy the benefits of the program — including curated wine selections, exclusive tastings, and member events — while allowing us to plan allocations and experiences in advance. Minimum Term: By enrolling, you agree to remain a member for at least twelve (12) consecutive months. Cancellation Notice: After the initial 6-month period, you may cancel at any time with 14 days’ written notice (email to hello@kingwilliamwinebar.com) Billing: Membership dues and wine allocations are billed automatically. If cancellation is requested before the 6-month minimum, you will still be responsible for the remaining allocations within that period. Refunds: Fees already charged are non-refundable, except in the event of administrative error. Compliance with Texas Law: All memberships, billing practices, and product allocations comply with applicable Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) regulations. Memberships are considered a service subscription, and alcohol allocations are billed separately in accordance with state law
