Our restaurant manager Alora is completely obsessed with bubbles! It doesn’t matter if it is a Prosecco from Italy, a true Champagne from France, or a California sparkling, she is a fan of ALL of it! If you share Alora’s obsession with sparkling wines then this club is definitely the one for you. Be warned though. Once you go sparkling with Alora you may learn to experience another whole new world of Bellini’s, Kir Royales, Paris Sunsets, Champagne Cocktails, and floats of everything imaginable.
