The Negociant Society Membership Terms & Conditions: By enrolling in the Corner Club, Hub Club, Uptown Society, or Barrel Club, Member agrees to the following terms and conditions: Membership may not be cancelled during the first three (3) months following enrollment. Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. Membership fees are charged automatically on the first (1st) day of each month. Members wishing to cancel after satisfying the initial three-month commitment must submit cancellation requests to [info@negociantwinery.com](mailto:info@negociantwinery.com) prior to the next billing date. No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for failure to cancel before a membership processes. Society Tastings, complimentary growler fills, Bonus Pour Wednesdays, anniversary tasting experiences, and all other member benefits are promotional benefits, possess no cash value, and may not be redeemed for cash, account credit, merchandise, bottles, glasses, or any other product or service. Society Tastings and complimentary growler fills expire on the last day of each calendar month. Unused benefits do not roll over, accrue, or transfer to future months. Society Tastings are intended for on-premise consumption. Complimentary growler fills must be redeemed in accordance with the rules of the applicable membership tier. Society Tastings may be shared with guests provided the Member is present at the winery. Members wishing to authorize bottle pickup by a third party must notify the winery in advance. Memberships are individual memberships and may not be shared. Members may purchase or gift wine, tastings, or other products to guests; however, membership discounts, pricing, and benefits may not be extended to non-members. Negociant Winery reserves the right to deny discounts or benefits when the Member is not present. Members are encouraged to tip based on the full retail value of products and services received. Negociant Winery reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership benefits for abuse of membership privileges, inappropriate conduct toward staff or guests, repeated failure to appropriately compensate service staff, or any behavior deemed detrimental to the winery, its employees, or its patrons. Negociant Winery reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership at any time prior to the next billing cycle. While Negociant Winery strives to maintain membership pricing and benefits, all membership rates, benefits, terms, and offerings are subject to change at the winery's discretion. Members will be notified of material changes whenever possible. Winemaker Select Bottles included with Corner Club and Hub Club memberships should be picked up within ninety (90) days of processing. Negociant Winery reserves the right to ship unclaimed wine to the Member at the Member's expense after ninety (90) days. Any wine remaining unclaimed after twelve (12) months may be considered abandoned and forfeited at the discretion of Negociant Winery. Negociant Winery makes every effort to reserve monthly Winemaker Select Bottles for Members. Wines not picked up during the calendar month in which they are processed may be substituted with wines of equal or greater value at the winery's discretion. Substitute varietals may be offered when available. No credits, refunds, or adjustments will be issued for differences in varietal selection. Winemaker Select Bottles may be enjoyed at the winery at the time of pickup; however, bottles previously removed from the premises may not be returned for consumption at the winery. Complimentary anniversary tasting experiences are valid only after one (1) consecutive year of active membership and must be redeemed within twelve (12) months of issuance. Hub Club anniversary tasting experiences include a private tasting event for up to twenty (20) guests. Uptown Society anniversary tasting experiences include a private tasting event for up to ten (10) guests. Barrel Club anniversary tasting experiences include a private tasting event for up to six (6) guests. Anniversary tasting experiences may not be combined, transferred, divided into multiple events, redeemed for cash value, or applied toward other events, rentals, products, or services. Unused portions of an anniversary tasting experience are forfeited. Bonus Pour Wednesday tastings are available only to Members who have redeemed all Society Tastings allocated for the current month. Bonus pours may not be accumulated, carried forward, or exchanged for any other benefit. Quarterly Member Socials, Bring-a-Neighbor Nights, holiday events, exclusive gifts, ticketed event access, and other promotional benefits are subject to availability and may change without notice. Membership participation constitutes acceptance of all current membership rules and any future modifications. Continued membership and monthly processing constitutes acceptance of all updated terms and conditions.
